A little about Gap Kare
Gap Kare was formed in 2022, acquiring a CQC licence soon after, and since then we have been going from strength to strength, recruiting superb carers and helping people receive the best care and home help services possible. We have carers, nurses, and home help staff ready to assist care users as needed. We now provide home healthcare in multiple locations, giving vulnerable people independence, access to companionship, and the care and support they need when they need it.

In providing home healthcare, we monitor the wellbeing of every service user, and make sure they are safe at all times.
What our care includes
Personal care
This includes washing, dressing, toileting, and general hygiene, helping the care-user to maintain cleanliness and dignity at all times.
Meal preparation
Our carers can help prepare meals if necessary, or help the care-user obtain the necessary provisions for themselves to eat when needed.
Medication
This is especially important where care-users have problems with memory. We enable them to continue administering medication themselves as long as possible.
Companionship
This is perhaps the most important aspect of our care services. All our care-users receive a warm greeting, conversation, and interaction.
Our approach
With us, compassion is at the centre of everything we do. Our qualified and trained carers will do their utmost to make sure the care-user is comfortable, safe, and that their essential care needs are being met. Our home assistance is supportive, friendly, and there to provide help where needed to help maintain independence and home living as much as possible.
